TCF Credo

In the Mirror
Look at yourself in the mirror.
          Say to yourself,
"It is hard to lose a child."
           Say to yourself,
"It is reasonable to hurt."
            Say to yourself,
"Healing takes time."
                  BE GOOD TO YOURSELF.
